The New Titans #62

Storyline: The Titans (Raven, Jericho, Troia, Speedy, Starfire, and Cyborg) hunted a creature in the sewer. Two of them attacked; Troia was injured. They got her to a hospital, but the prognosis did not look good. Raven did what she could to help, and the doctors seemed to find an antidote.
At a high-society party, Gar Logan recognized Slade Wilson and went after him. Deathstroke was there to kill a man named Walter Lanier. Changeling tried to stop the assassin, but only gave Lanier time to transform into a huge rat creature. Both he and Wilson escaped.
Dayton gave Gar permission to help the Titans on the case.

The New Titans #63

Storyline: Deathstroke visited Gar and woke him at knifepoint. He explained there was no way to stop the creatures without killing them. Later, Wilson watched as a man was tortured by Lanier. He was being questioned about how Wilson knew about them.
The Titans met with Deathstroke and he explained the situation - he'd been smuggling illegal treatment drugs into the country that turned out to be the serums which turned men into animals. While they spoke, one attacked Raven. Starfire shot a starbolt through it, but it recovered and escaped. Raven was taken to the hospital where Donna was recovering. As they operated on her, one of the doctors dumped the serum into her open mouth. Jericho got in to help, but he, too, was drugged.

The New Titans #64

Storyline: Starfire went after Scourge, who was the man / creature behind the transformations. She mistook someone else for him, but it turned out he was a wanted rapist. Raven had a relapse and attacked Cyborg. The others subdued her before she caused any real damage.
Donna convinced the team to let the STAR doctors use more of her blood to create an antidote.
Deathstroke tracked Scourge and his goons. When he got in over his head, he called in the Titans. While captured, he was told of an ancient race of aliens who'd crashed on Earth. The man who found their ship was compelled to inject himself with their blood. He was behind the entire incident.
The Titans arrived and cleaned up the mess.

The New Titans #65

Storyline: Tim visited Dick. He was told Dick was the only person who could teach him how to be his partner. The two went out and went through some mental training exercises.
Raven had a relapse of the plague.
Dick and Tim followed a drug pusher up his chain of command until they came to the Lanier home. Inside, Raven attacked. The rest of the team arrived and took her down. Nightwing introduced Tim to the group. They got Raven back to STAR and some more of the antidote.

The New Titans #66

Storyline: Some of the Titans got together for a dinner party. They speculated that Raven and Joey had entered into a relationship. They had, but not with each other. Raven later confided to Joey that she was seeing Eric, a man they'd met earlier at STAR Labs. She believed she was falling in love with him.
Cyborg caught Jericho going through Eric's file and shared his friend's concern. Raven arrived and was confronted by the Titans - some things in the file were inconsistent with Sarah's private casebook. Raven blew up and quit the team.
Joey went out in search of her mother while Raven contacted Eric, who had apparently killed a woman in his apartment.

The New Titans #67

Subtitle: If Looks Could Kill - Fatal Attraction: part II

Storyline: A homeless man found a body in a dump and notified the police. Jericho tracked Raven's mother and met with her. He told her about her daughter's illness, and was informed that Raven's soul self protected her from all sickness. He got back and was able to stop Eric Forrester from having sex with Raven, where he would have absorbed her soul and soul self, causing him to become completely human. He had become a cyborg who interfaced with computers.
When Jericho stopped him, he reverted to full machine form.

The New Titans #68

Storyline: A man posing as the Joker took command of the Royal Flush Gang. He activated King's metagene and showed the group he couldn't be killed. Jack's eye was plucked out and he was given a robotic implant.
Troia took on 10's group singlehandedly. The drunken Queen accidentally killed one of their own. Troia checked on her while the rest of the group escaped. Donna learned from the dying girl that the Joker was in charge. The girl, who had a remote recording device was killed by "Joker."
Danny Chase was recruited by "Ten's Little Indians" and decided to take them down from the inside. The Titans caught the RFG in the act and went on the attack. Chase sabotaged his former friends so that he and his new group could escape.

The New Titans #69

Storyline: On their next caper, Danny was outed. He escaped long enough to contact the Titans. The team headed to Atlantic City to stop the Royal Flush Gang. During the battle, the RFG imploded and went their separate ways. "Joker" was revealed as a fake and they were captured. Danny smarted off to the Titans and split.

Storyline: Tamaran was under attack; Queen Blackfire sent a group for help from her sister and the Titans. One of the princesses that had demanded when Koriand'r was taken into slavery had gone bad. She and her newest owner had fallen in love and become thieves. An invasion forced had followed them back to her home.
They were told (as were the Tamaranians) that the princess was being sought to go back to her captors. A huge battle ensued and the invasion force was turned back. Nightwing and the Titans could feel that something was wrong. Princess Xyannis and her lover, Zorgan fled back to the world they intended to rule. The Titans, along with Blackfire, Karras (Xyannis' brother), and Taryia (Karras' lover) followed. Karras and and Zorgan were killed, though Raven was able to get to him in tine to learn the locations of the bombs they'd placed.
Starfire and the Titans returned to Earth. She was happy that her planet and her sister felt like home again.

The New Titans #70

Storyline: Deathstroke was hired to break a political "martyr" out of prison in San Miguel. After he was successful, the men who hired him asked him to prevent the man from becoming a real martyr - a dead one.
After some investigation, he and Wintergreen found that neither the government nor the rebels would truly benefit from the man's death - only the man supplying weapons to both sides of the war.

The New Titans #71

Storyline: The Titans returned to the Tower and made plans for their anniversary party the next night. Donna and Terry wouldn't be there - they were heading to Greece for a second honeymoon.
Nightwing saved a girl from an apartment building ledge while Starfire was baited and captured by Wildebeest. Cyborg was captured next when he was lured into a burning building. Raven fell third while trying to calm a psychotic man who'd kidnapped and killed several. Jericho and Gar Logan fell next.
Nightwing arrived at the restaurant and found no one there to greet him. Wildebeest got him. Steve Dayton, Gar's father, contacted Deathstroke to help find the group.
