As Bludhaven crime bosses met to determine the new overboss, Blockbuster crashed their party.
At Stephanie's funeral - Tim's third in as many days (his father, Darla Aquista) - he told Bruce he was more determined to be Robin than ever. He planned to go to Bludhaven with his stepmother, while she received therapy. Within two weeks, he was scouting out his new land. He set up a guy into a crime family so he would have an "in."
He and Alfred worked on his new headquarters. Robin told him he had heard Blockbuster was still alive. Later that week, he had a run-in with Shrike. As he beat the current Boy Wonder, he offered to let him go if he promised to send Nightwing back to Bludhaven. As he was about to deal the final blow, Batgirl arrived.
