Bruce (now completely healed) and Tim awaited the arrival
of Jack Drake at the airport. Bruce told Tim he was serious about
retiring as Batman - he wanted to focus on Bruce Wayne. After they
got Tim's father home and into bed, Tim told him about Abattoir.
Bruce was furious when he saw the condition of his home. They went
into the cave and were attacked by Az-Bat, who told them not to be
there when he returned. Robin gave chase, but the madman escaped.
Bruce told Robin he'd have to take Jean Paul down, but he had to
get physically fit first. |
