Calculator
contacted Mr. Freeze to join his new "society."
Multiplex, Cheetah, Black Manta, Felix Faust, Fadeaway
Man, and tons of others joined. Catman refused.
Talia and Doctor Psycho were in on the recruitment.
Talia was impressed with Catman's refusal and realized
he was not what they once thought of him. They returned
to their war room and told Lex Luthor, Deathstroke,
Calculator, and Black Adam of their findings.
Deadshot killed Fiddler after a mission with a group
against H.I.V.E. in the Amazon. He and Scandal convinced
Catman to join their group. He sent a letter to
Oliver Queen on his way out. The six (Cheshire,
Parademon, Ragdoll, Deadshot, Catman, and Scandal)
met with their new leader and learned plans to go
up against Luthor's group. |

Deadshot
and Catman talked. Blake refused to answer how he'd
become "almost something" after "Green
Arrow beat the crap out of you for the hundredth
time." Their first assignment came in - the
Secret Six got into costume and boarded a plane
for Gotham City. "Mockingbird" planned
them to take down a tanker full of Thanagarian weapons-
not Batman.
Calculator had their plane bugged and heard the
whole plan. Weather Wizard was waiting for them,
and no cargo was in the hold. Catman went on the
attack while the rest of the Six retreated. The
Six were hugely outnumbered and were captured. Catman
woke up on the operating table of the Crime Doctor.

Each
member of the Secret Six was tortured in one hour
rotations by the Crime Doctor. Luthor showed his
inner circle the device he'd recovered from the
scene where the Six had battled Talia's H.I.V.E.
group.
Catman was able to short out his restraints and
take down the Doctor. He got through the guard and
freed his teammates. They took down everyone near
and told them to clue Luthor's gang in as to what
they'd done. |

The
Secret Six prepared to strike one of Luthor's strongholds
in Brasilia. For the first time, Scandal showed
promise other than being a liaison with Mockingbird.
Calculator notified Luthor of the intrusion in their
H.I.V.E. base. Black Adam readied. After slaughtering
dozens of H.I.V.E. drones, the Six realized the
Society was planning to mind wipe the entire JLA.
Parademon flipped out when he thought Ragdoll had
been killed.
Black Adam and the Royal Flush Gang began to arrive
via teleport; the Six retreated. Firestorm arrived
and began battling Adam's group.
Back at the headquarters, Catman and Cheshire continued
their physical relationship. He told her what had
turned his life around and how Deathstroke had killed
his cats. She knew he'd sent a letter to Green Arrow
and that he secretly wanted to be a "good guy"
- she was only in bed with him in hopes of getting
pregnant. |

The
Secret Six raided another Luthor stronghold. Scandal
claimed they were safe from Mockingbird's sight
as they looked up his file.
Luthor enlisted the Fearsome Five; Vandal Savage
left the Society. The Society feared more breaks
in the ranks; Sinestro enlisted Lady Quark for their
cause. Luthor was outvoted - Deathstroke was to
lead a team against the Six.
The Fearsome Five capture Pariah and brought him
before Luthor.
Catman proposed a deal with Mockingbird - they strike
the Society and their families go free.
Scandal admitted to Deadshot Vandal Savage was her
father. Catman attacked Deadshot after he realized
he (not Deathstroke) had killed his pride of lions.
Lawton admitted it. The perimeter alarm sounded
- Deathstroke's team was outside. Cheshire had given
up their location. |

Calculator
told Luthor their satellites had been hijacked.
Oracle's branding was on all of them. He went to
Pariah, who told him of other worlds, and other
Luthors. Luthor said he was one of the "others."
The stranger knew his plans; Luthor shot him.
Blake, being taunted by Cheshire about the possibility
of her being pregnant, let her walk. As soon as
she exited their headquarters, Deathstroke shot
her.
Mockingbird - the real Luthor watched as his counterpart,
the Society's Luthor, killed Pariah. He got into
his suit and prepared to attack the impostor.
The Society's Luthor was grabbed by Vandal Savage.
He ordered the strike against his daughter called
off.
Scandal's girlfriend, Knockout, saved her in a fight
with Talia. Parademon set off some mother boxes
after telling his team to leave. Black Adam got
his retreat orders; Deadshot, who'd gotten the worse
end of a duel with Deathstroke apologized to Catman
for his cats.
Parademon died in Ragdoll's arms. Mockingbird -
the real Luthor told the Six their families were
never in any danger.
Lawton and Blake told Oliver Queen about the mindwipe
plans. |
