storyline Batman located Catwoman and told her he had duplicated the system Joker was using to track her. She stole the tracking device and escaped with Joker still on her trail. He was able to capture her and dose her up with some of his laughing gas. Joker dropped her off at a sporting event.

storyline Batman tracked Catwoman again. He decided to go with her plan and use her as bait for Joker. When he had them both captured, Joker's body bomb activated. Batman was knocked unconscious while getting rid of the explosives. Catwoman stole his cape and belt, then delivered Joker back to Arkham.

storyline Selina faked her own murder (in disguise) to frame a CEO. She strong armed him into getting her on as a VP. She played the stock market by altering the timing of the ticker and made her new company 600% in one afternoon. Selina cut her hair and accepted the CEO job.

storyline Selina decided in order to steal New York, she'd have to run for mayor. She survived an assassination attempt by Gunhawk. Catwoman, in her new costume (with whiskers and a tail, but no flowing hair), watched as new assassins lurked outsider her apartment. She took them down rather easily and was accosted by Lady Vic at a rally. When she removed her mask, Catwoman realized she'd been masquerading as one of her own aides.

storyline The Trickster was next in line for Selina. Catwoman caught him outside her apartment and offered to help him catch Kyle. Trickster fed info to a tabloid that Selina Kyle was Catwoman (not knowing the truth), hoping to discredit the aspiring politician. Catwoman took down more assassins and declared she was out to kill Kyle.

storyline LadyTrickster told Catwoman of his plans to rip off Selina Kyle's now frozen assets (she was under investigation for stock market fraud). Catwoman was forced to partner with him and send him on wild goose chases until she could secure the stolen documents he had on her. She was able to snatch what she thought was them, but Trickster replaced them.

storyline A hit was to be made on Selina Kyle when she did some banking in hopes of getting her $500million back. Catwoman threw a corpse dressed as Kyle onto her would-be assassins' car. The police arrived shortly thereafter. Trickster knew she was really Kyle and had funneled her money into a relief for Gotham City fund. Catwoman kissed him and headed back into NML.

storyline Catwoman was stealing a jewel on her way back to Gotham City when the jewel turned into a recording from Oracle. As requested, she made it back into NML and met with Batman. He asked her to get some computer discs with vital Gotham City information for him. He gave her details on the operation and she headed back to Manhattan.

storyline Catwoman "stole" three men to be on her crew while getting into New York. She settled in and read up on Hardcases, Inc., who were guarding Bruce Wayne's computer discs. Selina, in disguise as a Wayne Enterprise employee, visited Hardcases, Inc. to notify them that Catwoman had her eyes on the discs. Her crew pulled a diversion, she changed into her costume and grabbed the discs.

storyline Hardcases, Inc. and Maxie Zeus' gang, both trying to get the computer discs, converged on the trail of Catwoman. When the fighting stopped, neither Catwoman nor the computer discs were there. HCI moved in on her again and ended up battling it out with an unknown player. Catwoman was shot and fell into the river.
