Catwoman defeated
and captured Two-Face. She took him to the roof of police
headquarters and turned on the signal. She tried to tempt Batman
when he arrived. Gordon told Batman that Penguin had also struck.
He went to take him down; Catwoman was there and caught Penguin
while Batman subdued his cohorts. Batman let her go. |
