ONE YEAR LATER
Oracle spoke with Matt Thorne (aka the Crime Doctor) as she tracked him. She promised she was sending help. Huntress arrived on the scene as Clayface, Killer Croc, and the Ventriloquist closed in on him. She shot Clayface up with explosive arrows. Lady Shiva also arrived, calling herself the Jade Canary. She took down Croc and crushed Scarface. Zinda got to them in the car and they got Thorne medical attention. Surgery began to remove the bullet from his abdomen. Oracle searched out his daughter, who would certainly be in danger.
Black Canary found herself in Asia somewhere and was introduced to her new "mother." She was "reborn" as Tag. Her handcuffs were removed, but they placed a bag over her head. A dozen or so men attacked her. She was defeated.

Dinah took down all the opposition sent against her. She was being trained by the woman who trained Shiva.
Huntress watched over the Crime Doctor while he was in the hospital; Zinda picked up his daughter. They (Zinda, Shiva, and Gypsy (?)) were attacked by HIVE agents wearing jet packs. Simultaneously, HIVE attacked the hospital where Huntress was watching over the Crime Doctor.
Prometheus nabbed the Crime Doctor and escaped.

Dinah watched as warlords neared her village. She realized she couldn't save everyone, especially if they didn't want to be saved.
Shiva tortured their captive HIVE agent, but he only knew someone who could help - he had no information himself. Oracle cleared their way on the interstate. En route, the dropped off the Crime Doctor's daughter with Creote.
Prometheus told the Crime Doctor he was going to kill his daughter while he watched, then kill him.
Canary began taking down the soldiers one at a time. After destroying the militia, Dinah attempted to leave her "mother." She told the student she'd teach a child to be Shiva's successor if she left.
Prometheus defeated "Jade Canary" (Shiva).
