Oracle got Dinah a
laptop so they could work together better. She was sending Black
Canary to Rheelasia to investigate Jackie "Pajamas"
Pamerjanian. Canary arrived on a cruise liner and began her
recon. She got into Pamerjanian's home as Oracle watched from
her mini-cam. "Pajamas" came home with Jason Bard -
ex-fiance of Barbara Gordon. |

Dinah was spotted
and captured by Jackie Pajamas' men. Oracle fed her information;
Jason Bard helped her in a failed escape attempt - they were
both apprehended before they could reach the helicopter.
Pajamas' enslaved them; Jason was rendered blind. Pamerjanian
kept rich people as slaves and gradually sold them back to their
loved ones. |

Oracle made the
first payment on Dinah's ransom from one of Blockbuster's
accounts. Dinah and Bard made their move to escape. Hellhound
caught them, but Black Canary embarrassed him in a fight. Oracle
got the Rheelasian army to free Pamerjanian's slaves, but he got
away. |

her vacation in Minnesota, right where the Ravens (a mercenary
group) were headed. An Air Force strike team continued to track
their phantom hacker who'd been using their databases and
resources. |

While on vacation,
Dinah witnessed a Loch Ness - type monster in Lake Mackachitahoo.
She called Oracle about it and was attacked in her cabin. The
Air Force strike team narrowed down the location of their hacker
to the Gotham City / Bludhaven area and readied to make a move.
The Ravens made a dive to look for a downed Soviet satellite.
After finding it, they emerged in a different time - volcanoes
and dinosaurs littered the area. Dinah followed their trail and
also found the satellite. |

The Ravens got
back to their own time by returning to the scene of the
satellite, which seemed to be some sort of time warp. The Air
Force strike team broke in on Roland Desmond (Blockbuster). The
behemoth took care of them and threatened more action. Black
Canary stopped the Ravens; the monster damaged their boss's (Kobra)
submarine. Kobra Prime and the Ravens escaped. |

called for Oracle, but Nightwing answered her line. When asked
if they were more than friends, he thought of their date. He
took her to Haley's Circus (that he owns). After the show, he
took her out on the trapeze so that she could fly again. |

In Koroscovia,
Black Canary was confronted by the "Iron Brigade," but
got away by using her Canary Cry. No longer with the ability to
create them on her own, Dinah used a mechanical device to create
the ear-splitting sounds. She found her location and Oracle
blasted it with a super secret orbital weapon. The prisoner she
was helping escape refused to leave without first freeing
another: Guy Garder - former Green Lantern. |

Black Canary was
once again surrounded by the Iron Brigade, but Guy Gardner
helped her and the prisoner escape. "Guy" turned out
to be "Joe," a genetically enhanced clone of Guy. An
aerial strike team neared their location with orders to destroy.
Oracle realized they'd been set up - the prisoner wasn't a
prisoner, but a mad scientist. Joe got them free and took out
the fighter planes single-handedly; he'd been given super powers
(including flight). War was threatened over Oracle's use of the
orbiting super weapon. |

Gardner into the open and Oracle fired on him with the orbital
weapon. He took the hit and survived. Oracle then summoned
Superman, who put a stop to the super clone. Dinah got the
