Barbara made plans
to attend a scientific conference - Luthor's people claimed to
have made a breakthrough that could stop cellular decay. Dr.
Atticus Blackaver demonstrated his mastery of the so-called
"chaotic code" for the panel. He introduced a teenage
girl who could control it. The girl healed a senator with a heart
condition. Skeptical, Barbara asked questions. The girl touched
her and she began to feel her legs. Dinah Lance got in a bit of
trouble outside waiting for Barbara. |
