insisted on taking Shondra Kinsolving. Benjamin Asp's people
checked the scene of their mass mind-kill. Asp left with
Kinsolving, Wayne believed she was his willing participant.
Alfred and Bruce got Jack Drake medical attention.

trap and covered him in sand. Back in the cave, Jean Paul built
a new suit to replace the one that had been ruined. |

patrolmen and kidnapped Graham Etchison - Abattoir's cousin.
Lady Clayface morphed into a serpent and put the squeeze on Az-Bat.

Kitch reported to Gordon that Batman let Abattoir die. The
search for Graham Etchison (Abattoir's hostage) continued. He
was found dead in Abattoir's torture device. Gordon called in
Batman and confronted him. Az-Bat played off the
"murder" and left. He took down a street gang and
headed back to the cave to modify the bat suit again.

called Nightwing and Robin. He told them everything he knew
about Azrael and the Order of St. Dumas. They agreed to shadow
Az-Bat for him. Jean Paul began seeking his father's murderer,
Carleton LeHah. Bruce defeated yet another attacking master.

Trying to shake the Batmen and Catwoman, Selkirk's helicopter
crashed onto the high-point of a suspended bridge. As Batman
tried to save Catwoman, Az-Bat continued his assault on his
former mentor. Falling fuel from the helicopter ignited Az-Bat
when he used his flame-thrower; he fell burning into the river.
Batman and Catwoman saved Selkirk and his men from the burning
helicopter. Batman took the Batmobile to attempt to save Jean
Paul, but it had been booby-trapped and exploded. Azrael,
costume now red where it once was blue - no longer resembling
Batman at all, climbed from the river and attacked Nightwing and
Robin.

Arnold Wesker - the Ventriloquist, and his dummy, Scarface,
surfaced and planned to take over the gang that was once theirs.
With paperwork and records being a mess since the destruction of
Arkham put many of its inmates in Blackgate, Harvey Kent was
released from custody. Harvey Dent took his place and walked
free. Batman (Dick) and Robin went after Ventriloquist after
hearing twenty + junkies had died from bad heroin. They took
Wesker down, but Scarface fell into the hands of another man in
the gang.

organization - approached Lucious Fox and threatened WayneCorp.
Batman single-handedly stopped an all out riot at Blackgate.
Two-Face kidnapped Harvey Kent - the man that should have been
released instead of him.
