Wayne Enterprises
vowed to stay in Gotham City and help start 10,000 new small
businesses. Mad Hatter teamed up with Narcosis temporarily and
then took him down (so he could have his hat/cowl). He began
releasing Narcosis' bliss gas across Gotham. Batman destroyed what
he was using to release the gas and took down Tetch. Narcosis was
believed dead in an ensuing fire. Oracle called in helicopters to
burn away the gas. |
