Scarface surfaced
again in the hands of Rhino, one of his goons. The dummy demanded
Arnold Wesker be broken out of Blackgate. Penguin had him set
loose (for a fee). Wesker and Scarface were reunited. Batman
tracked the "Killer Killer," a vigilante who'd been
killing convicted killers. |
