Stirk attended
Oswald Cobblepot's mayoral party as the writer. Bruce Wayne
attended the party as well after hearing Stirk had escaped (and
knowing the writer was invited to the party). Stirk started a fire
in the kitchen and escaped with the mayor. Batman met him on the
roof and saved Grange, capturing Stirk once more. |
