From inside Arkham
Asylum, Cornelius Stirk gave an interview to a man writing a book
on serial killers. While Arkham was making his rounds and the
guard was under his spell, Stirk killed the writer and assumed his
identity. Armond Kroll was defeated by Marion Grange in the
mayoral election; Seth Voder was elected District Attorney with
help from Penguin. |
