Bruce Wayne was
visited in his office by a dying bum who knew he was the Batman.
The man saw Batman's mask removed during a fight the night before.
Thinking the information might prove profitable, he tried to sell
it. The plan backfired - his payment was a mortal stab wound.
Batman's identity was to be auctioned off by the man who got the
info. While Bruce Wayne was in Europe, Batman stopped the auction. |
