| Storyline |
Batman
chased a man wanted for questioning in a kidnapping through the subway,
into Robinson Central Station. For most of the patrons, it was their first
sight of the presumed urban legend. An old couple contemplated double
suicide when the man was diagnosed as only having a few months to live. A
man on parole (free after two felony convictions) joined in on a heist,
risking his life and the livelihood of his wife and child. He suspected
she was cheating on him and did not believe it was his child. A donut shop
clerk was in love with a customer who had no idea of her feelings. She
believed he was Batman. She attempted to find a way to get them alone. A
man told a long time acquaintance about his wife and how she died. They
decided to try each other for companionship, even though she was only
versed at one-night-stands. The parolee was arrested in a shooting. Bruce
Wayne hired the old couple as consultants for a project with their
neighborhood. He'd been friends with their son many years before. |
