In the sewers below his city, Batman found a hive of vampires. Bruce met a female vampire who opposed Dracula. Batman informed Gordon of what was actually happening just before Dracula captured the commissioner. Tanya and Batman lured the vampires into the Batcave, and he destroyed his homes (Wayne Manor and the Batcave) on top of them. In a final fight with Dracula, both are killed. Batman had become a vampire, and Dracula was impaled through the heart on a dead oak.
