Gordon struck a deal with an unknown party, and rival gangs began tasting defeat. The GCPD was thought to be the victors. The False-Face Society (followers of Black Mask) were on the move. Batman asked Huntress/Batgirl to keep them from the police HQ and not be seen. She assailed them visibly and took down Black Mask himself in front of his minions.
