Remembering the last few moments of his last consciousness,
Batman left him with only his tapes. He learned they'd been
taken as evidence to Gotham. Once back in his possession, he met
up with Batgirl. |

After taking on
that entire government agency without her costume, everyone was
looking for Batgirl. She had no identity to compromise - except
her future one. The man she saved was killed. Batman took her to
the men who killed him, and she took them out. Batman gave her
her own cave, telling her she couldn't stay with Oracle anymore
(due to it possibly compromising Barbara's identity). |

Batgirl took out
some crazies who'd been inhibited by a man's experiment. He had
a sonic weapon that would cause people to kill (in their own
ways). Batgirl dreamed that it was the Joker and that he killed
Batman. She awakened to find herself about to kill the man with
the weapon. After taking care of him, Batman met up with her and
she told him to be careful. |

some kids who were killing rats. One of the boys told her his
dad was out robbing a bank. Batgirl stopped the robbers, but not
before some innocents got killed. Afterwards, Batgirl tried to
explain to the boy that just because his dad was bad didn't mean

Oracle feeds
Batgirl the information on where the government is keeping the
evidence against her. With little help, she breaks into the
facility, steals the videotapes and blood sample, and escapes.
While she escaped, Oracle did a little hacking and caused an
explosion to throw them off her trail. She also took down the
agent who had a man she was protecting killed. She and Barbara
went out for a day on the town. |

is no match for her being groomed from birth as an assassin.
