demonstrated his newest weapon - a chemical that would basically
turn humans into oil and completely dissipate within 24 hours.
Batman didn't want to take sides in the civil war, but Black
Wind's group was their ticket to get to the chemical weapons. They
attacked the compound; the weapon was unleashed. Black Wind was
able to use his power and harness the winds so that it was blown
away. He was killed in the process. |
