Nightwing got the call from Batman and headed to the Manor. He quickly dispatched Tiger Moth, Dragonfly, and Silken Spider with some gas. He realized just how much he was up against when he saved Alfred from the ninjas.
Batman and Talia continued to search for her father, who was preparing to go to Nanda Parbat. His map was coming together nicely.
Nightwing got to Robin and Damian, but the young duo was captured when Nightwing chose to save the girls who'd been hit with poison.

Storyline:

Nightwing moved in to stop Robin from getting to the Lazarus Pit. The two talked about it while sparring. Tim made the right decision.
Damian stowed away into White Ghost's helicopter before it took off for Nanda Parbat. Alfred flew Robin, Nightwing, and Talia to Nanda Parbat, where Ra's readied to enter Damian's body.

Storyline: Dick did a sky dive onto Wayne Manor property and met with Bruce, Tim, and Alfred in the cave. Batman wanted to make sure Talia and Ra's were on everyone's radar since they were still at large.
As bodies were being stolen and museums were being robbed, Dick researched New York looking for a new home and hoping to get a good lay of the land. Before going out for the night, he bumped into Talia, who let it be known that she was watching them as much as they were watching her.
Nightwing visited the Cloisters as they were being robbed. He took down most of the bad guys, but a winged man snatched a body and flew off. Nightwing took hold, but was shaken off when he he was smashed into a lighthouse.
Later, Robin met him at the Cloisters and Nightwing told him he was moving in. Superman appeared after Robin left.

Storyline: Superman and Nightwing discussed the missing bodies of their allies and enemies (including Black Condor). They both went their separate ways to investigate in their own ways. Nightwing placed some sensors around graves of metahumans.
Dick met with his new employees - he'd used his Wayne connections to become the curator of the Cloisters museum. He would be shutting the place down for a few months for renovation (or to create a headquarters on the grounds). He took his new friend Deb out to a Yankees' game and rented a penthouse from her brother. Continuing to work on his surroundings, he sent a list of strategic properties to Bruce to acquire. Flash visited him in his new home.

Storyline: Nightwing, on his new glider, swooped down on some soldiers looting KGBeast's grave. One of them was able to escape with the former villain's head. Nightwing's captive was detonated remotely. He took the remains to Dr. Mid-Nite.
Dick continued teaching at the gym and skydiving.
Nightwing visited the cave. He and Robin took a field trip to visit Talia, who he now believed was behind the grave robbing and Frankenstiening.

Storyline: Nightwing and Robin set up shop on the shore of Talia's island. Dick contacted the JLA satellite and got Red Arrow to send him images of the area. They made it into the subterranean headquarters. The duo split up - Robin checking the computer systems while Nightwing did recon. Nightwing headed after his partner and was attacked by winged men. He was able to turn the men against their creator, Dr. Creighton Kendall, by showing them he was killing others in their ranks. Kendall escaped and detonated his island. Nightwing and Robin swam back to find their borrowed Batplane / sub.

Storyline: Dick did another skydive en route to meeting Deb for a date. Mother of Champions was kidnapped by Talia's men. Talia met Dick in his new office to let him know she was not afraid of his surveillance - she gave him a picture of Deb sleeping.

Storyline: Dr. Kendall's men continued experimenting on Mother of Champions' children. Talia came for a visit to see the progress being made for her new army.
Nightwing checked on Deb and was attacked by more winged men. He captured one and took it back to the cave. He refused to talk.
Ra's al Ghul escaped from Arkham Asylum. Batman and Robin went after him, Nightwing continued to go after his daughter. Talia sent one of her men (who'd been roughed up by Nightwing) with a message. He returned with a message to her: Nightwing was watching them and friends and family were to be off-limits.
With help from Alfred, Nightwing found Dr. Kendall's new location.

Storyline: Nightwing found Dr. Kendall's underwater graveyard and realized he was close. Talia was not impressed that Kendall was disposing of children (Mother of Champions' children aged 10 years ever day) who were useless to him. She ordered his operation to be shut down, but he had his men apprehend and imprison her.
Nightwing rescued her. They rescued Mother of Champions. Dr. Kendall used something derived from the child with normal aging (the only one so far) to restore himself to a younger age - with wings. Nightwing took him down and saved the infant. He got Mother of Champions to the Chinese Consulate after she freed all her children.
Nightwing followed up with Superman - they discussed plans for a chamber under the JLA headquarters that would house the remains of heroes and villains.

Storyline: Nightwing answered a makeshift "Wing Signal" - it was Harvey Dent. He wanted Nightwing to protect a former colleague - DA Carol Bermingham. She was going up against the mob in court in Gotham City. Two-Face had placed a couple in a death trap nearby. He escaped while the hero saved them.
Nightwing saved Bermingham from mobsters who had killed her FBI bodyguards. He got her to the courtroom in time for her secret session. Afterwards, a sniper hit her entourage, including the helicopter pilot. Nightwing saved her, but was hit with shrapnel from the crashing copter.

Storyline: Nightwing got Carol to a safehouse, then he headed to the Manor where Alfred fixed him up. After some rest, he borrowed one of Robin's motorcycles and headed back for Carol. He got her to another safehouse (transferring her from Gotham to New York). Her cell phone rang - it was Harvey.
Later, Nightwing headed out from the Cloisters when got a blip that the safehouse had a security breach. Alfred warned him that the bullets he'd extracted had been laced with Scarecrow's fear gas.

Storyline: At the safehouse, Nightwing was met by Killer Croc, Penguin, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, the Joker, and Two-Face. He had enough of his wits left to realize they were all figments of the fear gas. After he'd taken down Two-Face's goons, the madman shot the woman he'd asked Nightwing to save. Two-Face escaped while Nightwing tried to save her.
Nightwing watched her funeral while Two-Face went for the payout on Carol's contract. He killed the man who hired him to kill her.
