Storyline: Bludhaven PD all pondered a message found on a body - "Tattarattat." After Nightwing questioned some bar patrons, they were shot up and another note was left - "Reb Milton's not limber." Huntress, still in Bludhaven, was captured. Soames, calling himself Torque, busted in on Cisco Blaine and his captive, the Huntress. Torque was the killer.

Storyline: Cisco and Huntress began working together. The unions were trying to get in on the Gotham rebuilding scene. Nightwing watched as Huntress went in for the score against Fremunda (the union head).

Storyline: Nightwing saved Huntress from the ensuing shootout. She saved him when he came face to face with Torque. Blockbuster's men showed up and started blasting. While leaving, Nightwing told Helena that there would be nothing between them.

Storyline: As Dick dug into his first week at the academy, a new team began looting the looters - Double Dare.

Storyline: Nightwing learned the identity of Double Dare through his circus connections. He and the sisters were caught by 3 of Blockbuster's goons: Stallion, Brutale, and the Electrocutioner.

Storyline: The three acrobats escaped from the three goons. Nightwing let the mooks run back to Blockbuster (who learned that he needed a heart transplant), while Double Dare escaped. Batman called Nightwing back to Gotham.
