Guy
Gardner and R'amey Holl (GL recruit from Papilliox)
were sent to Corona Seven to deliver a message from
the Guardians to Von Daggle, a Durlan. He eventually
agreed to take on the mission of saving the Dominators
(as a species). He gave the Green Lanterns an item to
swallow - they were going under deep cover with no rings
and no uniforms. The item they swallowed would mimic
their rings for 5 days.
The Dominion uncovered part of a comet (the one that
helped create Captain Comet) that could evolve anything
in its presence to it's highest form. They planned to
create an army of Khunds. |

The
Dominator who discovered the comet killed his caste
leaders when they called his work heretical. He'd used
the comet on himself. He took the mutated Khund as his
acolyte.
The Green Lantern Corpse (Von Daggle's sect of the group)
- Von Daggle, R'amey, and Gardner, arrived at their
destination. Von Daggle told them about the Khund -
he and R'amey went in to get the comet; Gardner to get
the Khund.
The mutated Dominator killed R'amey and took the power
disc from within her. Gardner was defeated by the Khund.

R'amey
awakened from a cocoon as a being of light - she'd been
"killed" near the comet and was now at her
species' highest evolutionary point. She awakened Guy.
They went after the Dominator.
Von Daggle, shape-shifting as the dead Khund, attacked
the Dominator. The three took him in to space where
R'amey killed him. Von Daggle gave Guy back his ring;
R'amey knocked him unconscious and removed his Corpse
disc. He would awaken remembering nothing except that
he'd lost his apprentice and his mission had failed.

Gardner
attempted to contact the two GL who he was sent to help,
but they had gone back to their sector house, not wanting
to bother him any more.
Natu and Iolande went to stop the Children of the White
Lobe from stealing a material that could transmutate
mental energy into heat. After stopping them, they headed
off to the main mine.
GL 2828 ("Green Man") and that of sector 3889
found a ship of unknown origin which appeared to have
been destroyed by energy from Sinestro's ring. Green
Man went insane, attacked his partner, and destroyed
the remains of the ship.
On Mogo, Kilowog saw visions of his loved ones and was
convinced to go back to Oa and kill the Guardians.
Salaak was given a history lesson on Abin Sur and was
asked to watch out for events which would lead to a
prophecy.
Gardner found the two deserting Lanterns dead. |

Vath
Sarn and Isamot Kol arrived and found Guy Gardner standing
over the bodies of two fallen GL. One lived long enough
to finger Gardner as their killer. Guy fled, trapping
Sarn and Kol in the station. He headed to Mogo, who
projected an image of his father to the Honor Lantern.
Kilowog wanted to execute Gardner, but was overruled
- he would be brought in for trial.
Several of the Children of the White Lobe committed
suicide after being captured. Princess Iolande was called
home - her father was dying. Natu, one of the greatest
doctors in the galaxy, could not help. His dying wish
was for his daughter to give up the Corps and rule their
planet.
Green Man reported that his partner had been killed
by some of the antimatter debris they found. |

Isamot
Kol, Vath Sarn, and Bzzd arrived at Mogo to apprehend
Guy Gardner. Once they found him, he showed them what
appeared to be fungal spores which had infected not
only Mogo, but all Green Lanterns who'd visited him
lately. Natu answered Gardner's call and verified their
nature caused neural disruptions.
Kilowog, who'd visited Mogo recently, arrived and attacked
the group. Bzzd took him down with a sting; Natu remedied
him.
Mogo ordered everyone off - he's placed himself in the
path of an asteroid that should kill off the infection.
Bzzd would stay with his sector partner until he could
fully heal. |
