One: The Hunters
After moving to Seattle, Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance
discussed the so-called Seattle Slasher, who'd recently
claimed his 18th victim. In Dinah's soon-to-be-opened
flower shop, a girl jumped through the plate glass window.
Ollie called 911, she appeared to be high on crack.
After seeing the girl to the hospital and then to detox,
Dinah decided to go after her supply chain.
When she got home, Ollie gave her the grand tour of
their new place - the ground floor was Sherwood Florist,
the second was hers, and the third was his. He thought
back on the cruise where he met the man who'd done the
arrow tricks in an old Robin Hood movie, and how he
fell off the boat that night. After washing ashore,
he taught himself archery to stay alive. He was rescued
after secretly taking down some marijuana smugglers
with his bow. The press made him out to be a hero. He
enjoyed it, but it cost him his fortune and almost his
son (Roy). While he reminisced, Dinah got into her Black
Canary costume.
Ollie proposed to Dinah. They'd been together years;
he wanted children. She burst his bubble by turning
him down and saying she didn't want children. She refused
to have orphans. Dinah gave Ollie his birthday present
- a new costume with a hood - perfect for Seattle weather.
The slasher struck again.
GA got a lead on a man who called himself Tunnel Rat
from some street punks who were robbing an old couple.
He went underground and found the man's hideout. He
appeared to be a smaller guy who was once in the armed
forces. GA was struck from behind and the room was set
on fire. He escaped to find a man attacking a hooker
nearby. He was shot with an arrow, as was a man driving
along the street. A masked female archer was in town.

Two: Dragon Hunt
Some "businessmen" met about a shipment. One
told another that four of their former associates had
been killed by arrows. A fifth victim was claimed outside
the meeting.
GA went to the police with what he'd found out. He told
them the most recent killing was a copycat; they told
him prostitution was down 28%. Before returning home,
he made his presence felt by taking down some more street
thugs. When he got back home, he found a note from Dinah
- she had a lead on the coke dealers.
GA found the bowman he was looking for. She was a bit
smaller than him, but still won the fight. Back at home,
Ollie realized he'd seen Dinah earlier (under cover)
and worried about her when he heard the news that the
man she was with was dead. He headed to the bar and
got some information on Iggy Brown. He got into costume
and got closer to finding what he needed. He also got
closer to Shado (the female archer).
Queen looked through a window and saw Dinah hanging
and tortured. An arrow shot through her captor as he
burst through the window. Shado was also on the scene.
Shado continued to blast the men with arrows while GA
got Dinah outside. The entire building went up in flames.

Three: Tracking Snow
Green Arrow left Dinah's hospital room to speak to a
police officer. He claimed he had no idea who the woman
was and knew nothing about a Japanese archer.
Ollie went out to gather information about Shado's tattoos.
They linked back to Japanese mafia.
Magnor and Osborne discussed the incoming cocaine shipments.
Osborne introduced Eddie Fyres, who would be protecting
the shipment.
Oliver met a bag lady with the same tattoo. She gave
him a clue to a location. On Mt. Rainier, Green Arrow
finally came face-to-face with Shado. She was after
the men for what they'd done to her family during WWII.
She disappeared when GA was distracted by a helicopter.
Magnor landed and the deal began. GA saw Shado taking
aim. He fired a shot which hit Fyres. Shado's shot hit
its mark and the deal was broken up. The helicopter
took off, then rounded back for Green Arrow. One of
his arrows caused the chopper to explode.
The buyer dumped the coke into a river and handed the
money over to Green Arrow. There was no evidence and
he knew the downed helicopter would bring the authorities.
Arrow entered Magnor's office and waited for him. He
came in and spilled the beans about everything. Shado
shot him while they talked.
Oliver visited Dinah again in the hospital. He told
her the men that had tortured her were now out of the
picture and that he'd "gotten a raise."
