storyline After a nice chat with Spy Smasher, Oracle got back online and in touch with Manhunter. She was secretly working with the DEO and patched Oracle in with Mr. Bones. They were shutting down the human (or rather, metahuman) trafficking going through that prison. When she got in touch with Huntress, she learned that their target had been captured, and her father had been shot three times in the chest. Huntress tracked her down - she was holding a smoking gun and standing over the bodies of two agents. Huntress realized the girl had shot her father, too.
Spy Smasher finally got Barbara to give up by using her father as a pawn.

Notes, references to time, and chronology:

Per Dinah, Sin is 9 years old.
The impostor Batgirl listed herself as "a very mature 16" when she created her profile in Barbara's computer system.
Spy Smasher = Katrina Armstrong, a college friend of Barbara's.
